- Care coordination. If your plan requires a referral or prescription for rehab, we can coordinate with your primary veterinarian.
- Documentation support. Upon request, we can include evaluation notes and a treatment plan to show medical necessity.
Step-by-Step: Submitting a Claim

- Initial evaluation at Alpha to establish medical necessity and a personalized plan.
- Payment is collected at the visit; you receive an itemized invoice.
